If you’re seeking lasting change and are ready for a deep transformation in your life, I invite you to individual coaching. With my unique, proprietary approach that integrates body and mind, you will quickly and effectively discover your true self and unlock your inner potential. I offer two collaboration models: a 12-session coaching program or a one-time individual consultation.
Option 1: 12-Session Individual Program
This is an intensive coaching program lasting either 3 or 6 months, designed specifically for women like you – managers, leaders, and visionaries who seek harmony and fulfillment in both their careers and personal lives.

With 15 years of experience in international corporations, I’m well aware of your needs and struggles. I don’t offer standard coaching or therapy sessions – we focus on what truly matters to you, using effective, proven methods.

How to start?
Book a free 30-minute orientation session with me – this is the essential first step in starting our collaboration. During this session, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit to work together, map out your current situation, identify barriers and specific goals, and I’ll propose a plan moving forward. I’ll also explain the coaching process itself, the principles and ethics I follow, and answer any questions you have about the process.
I work with women who are committed to making a change. My role is to guide you through the process of transformation and lead you toward your goals, not to convince you of the need for change. Occasionally, after this session, I may feel that a shared journey isn’t the best option. In such cases, I will point you toward alternative directions.
